With CloudFax, faxes can be sent and received regardless of format or destination via fax-to-mail or mail-to-fax. Even older fax devices can continue to be used: through a connected modem, every fax device is seamlessly integrated into modern fax communication via our gateway.
At IP Austria, we use the T.38 fax codec. However, it is not always supported worldwide and depending on the network operator. Many operators have their own fax codecs. At IP Austria, we can assure you that together with our global partners we strive to create compatibility with all codecs and all operator termination points.
