Our Cloudflex solution is a virtual communication system that does not consist of duplicated instances or oversized, multi-tenant telephone systems in a server house. Cloudflex is a flexible and database-orientated switching technology developed especially for cloud services. In addition, it is redundant, so you are always on the safe side. The merging of the telephone and your existing IT infrastructure including the software environment creates an enormous savings potential.
In addition to the usual functions of a telephone system such as “welcome message”, “night answer” or “call diversions”, the Cloudflex offers several additional practical features:
With this function you have the possibility to let the caller know before the first personal contact if they are connected correctly. There are two variants here, either you let the greeting play once completely and the phones only start to ring afterwards or you let the units ring simultaneously for the greeting.
This feature is used to provide routine information. The possibilities range from forwarding to responsible employees, authorisations of callers by means of queries to reservations and orders. This feature gives you unlimited possibilities to create as many layers as you need.
This function allows you to connect any number of call partners in a virtual conference room. In order to allow only authorised persons to participate in the conference call, it is possible to protect access by PIN. Of course, there are also common functions, such as mute participants.
Hot desking allows you to log in to a phone with your extension. Thus, several employees can use a single unit. This function is particularly applicable in areas where employees have different and shorter presence times.
You have the possibility to integrate your mobile phone into the system. This offers clear advantages, such as simultaneous ringing, but also the possibility to transfer calls to your mobile phone. The call can of course also be transferred from your mobile phone to your landline.
The one-number function enables, by entering an external call number, the integration of a terminal which is not directly connected (e.g. a mobile telephone). As a result, for example, a parallel ringing of the telephone connected to the Cloudflex and of the smartphone of the user can be realised.
With our Cloudflex solution you have the possibility to make a phone call via a softphone or you decide on one of the certified table phones from renowned providers such as Yealink, Gigaset or Unify.
